INVESTOR RELATIONS
Toros Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the parent company of Meram Yenilenebilir Enerji, is a company under the umbrella of Tekfen Holding. Tekfen Holding is listed on the stock exchange as a BIST-30 stock index constituent.
Although Toros Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is not a publicly traded company, an Investor Relations Unit has been established within the Tekfen Agri-Industry Group to ensure that Tekfen Holding shareholders receive complete and timely information on agri-industry activities, which constitute a significant portion of all activities.
This unit has been working in coordination with the Investor Relations and Corporate Governance Coordinatorship, operating under Tekfen Holding, within the framework of the Capital Markets Law since November 2007, when the Holding went public. The aim of the unit is to provide investors and the research assistants working in brokerage firms with information about Tekfen Agri-Industry Group’s activities and to answer the questions these individuals might have in a timely and definitive manner.
